# Case File MT-001 · MetaTravelers

Original universe. Real systems. Physical proof.

MetaTravelers began as story and motion comics, became a sold-out digital collectible launch, moved into premium physical action figures, and is now being rebuilt as an AI-first transmedia and collectibles company.

## Verified launch load event

Built across smart contracts, frontend, generative 3D, automated rendering, cloud infrastructure, and delivery. The public Ethereum record makes the load event independently inspectable.

## Four-act build record

### Act I: Origin (2021)

Motion comics and worldbuilding came first. The IP predates every product format: characters, lore, visual language, and a story-first universe that could survive multiple distribution experiments.

### Act II: Digital launch (2021)

Built the launch system across smart contract work, a generative 3D asset pipeline, automated rendering, metadata, and delivery. The 7,777-unit mint ran for three days; the final public tranche of 2,935 cleared in 15 minutes.

### Act III: Physical pivot (2022–26)

Led production operations with creative, design, and manufacturing partners as the same universe moved into premium 7-inch Legendari action figures with up to 29 points of articulation, designed with Four Horsemen Studios and written by Andy Lanning. Expanded into design-for-manufacture, factory coordination, QC, packaging, crowdfunding, international fulfillment across 22 countries, B2B sell sheets, collector communication, and Shopify commerce operations.

### Act IV: AI-first rebuild (2025–)

Operating-system bet: agent orchestration, company second brain, content pipelines, and agent-supported workflows so a two-person IP and collectibles company can operate with leverage while keeping humans in control.

## What this file proves

- Resilience: one IP moved through comics, digital, physical, and AI-first ops.
- Ownership: technical, creative, commerce, and fulfillment stayed connected.
- Taste: story and collectors over format-chasing.
- Commerce: preorders, Shopify Markets, fulfillment, and merchant friction lived directly.
- AI leverage: automation supports workflows; humans approve where trust, money, or brand risk is involved.
